About Me

My clinical expertise is focused around working with individuals living with and healing from eating disorders, substance use, trauma, and complex trauma. As a fully trained EMDR therapist who is working towards certification, I believe in and am passionate about the body’s innate capacity to heal. In addition to my training in EMDR, I have sought out advanced training in the treatment of both eating disorders and substance use disorders. Currently, I am a Certified Allied Addiction Practitioner (CAAP) through the Pennsylvania Certification Board and also have received my Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS) credential.

I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and that it is the foundation of growth and healing. If you feel that I would be a good fit to walk with you through this healing journey, please reach out!

I am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as well as Connecticut and Wisconsin.

How I Help

My therapeutic orientation is client-centered, strength-based, and holistic tailoring my approach to you and your needs. In addition to EMDR, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including attachment based therapies, parts work, polyvagal theory, motivational interviewing, and DBT/CBT. I have a special interest in how harm reduction can be and should be used in the treatment of eating disorders.
