About Me

How I Help

My therapeutic orientation is client-centered, strength-based, and holistic tailoring my approach to you and your needs. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including attachment based therapies, parts work, polyvagal theory, motivational interviewing, and DBT/CBT. I have a special interest in how harm reduction can be and should be used in the treatment of eating disorders.

I am fully trained to provide EMDR and went through an EMDRIA-approved program that consisted of engaging in 40 hours of continuing education as well as 10 hours of consultation. I am currently working towards certification.
