We are currently seeking to bring on 1-2 licensed therapists for part or full time work. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to meaningful mental health support and shares our values for promoting social equity and diversity in our community.

Licensed Social Workers (LSWs)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs)
Licensed Psychologists (PsyD, PhD)
Therapists with specialized or advanced training in one or more of the following higher demand areas are especially encouraged to apply:
OCD / anxiety-related disorders (ERP / ExRP trained a plus)
EMDR (EMDRIA certified or working towards certification preferred) / ART, Brainspotting, or a similar trauma-informed modality
ADHD / neurodivergence in adults
Co-occurring substance use disorders, addiction, gambling, or impulse control disorders
Forensic issues
Intimate relationships / couples therapy (Gottman, EFT, or Imago trained a plus) and willing to work with LGBTQ+, polyamory / ENM, kink-positive, sex-positive communities.

Pay is preemptive of insurance reimbursement times as long as documentation is completed by payroll dates.
