About Me
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania and Colorado with over 10 years of experience in the human services field. I hold both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health, which allows me to take a holistic, whole-person approach to care—recognizing the connection between mental health, physical health, and life circumstances.
I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as 5 to adults in their 70s. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, family conflict, couples counseling, and building effective coping skills for everyday life. I also have experience supporting first responders and individuals in high-stress professions who face unique emotional and environmental challenges.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based practices. I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, drawing from these approaches to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.
As a therapist, I prioritize collaboration. I believe therapy works best when we function as a team—working together to identify your goals and actively track your progress. I understand that many people come to therapy feeling stuck or discouraged, especially if they’ve tried it before and didn’t see results. My goal is to break that pattern by creating a space where you feel supported, empowered, and capable of real, lasting change.
I am licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Colorado (accepting virtual clients as I am based in PA.)
